Meet the Leadership Team | Learn About Our Blog | Where Are We Located?

We are so happy to have you here on the Web site of Grace Fellowship. Our vision is to be active in our culture and our community using small groups as bridges to bring people closer to Jesus. Our core values and the convictions that drive everything we do at Grace and in the world are:

Servant Leadership
The role of leaders is to hold up their followers to the purpose of God for their lives. Leaders serve their followers, not visa versa. We are all leading in some capacity, even if as a parent or sibling. Each Servant Leader is in an accountable relationship as well as training others to replace themselves. (2 Timothy 2:2; John 13:14; Luke 22:26)

Team and Gifting Based Ministry
Ministry will be accomplished by respecting the spiritual giftings of each other, and developing an interdependency which allows one’s strengths to compensate for another’s weaknesses. (Eph. 4:15, 16.)

Every Believer Has a Ministry
A person’s ministry is determined by the passion Jesus puts in their hearts. That passion should have an outlet. We will equip and release people into their gifting/passion. (Eph. 4:12; 1 Peter 2:9; Rev. 1:6; Rom. 12:3-8; 1 Cor.12)

We are Convinced

  • That God wants to invade everyday, human lives supernaturally via the power of the Holy Spirit and the word of God. (1 Cor. 2:4,5; 1 Cor. 4:20) We believe He will flow through us with “power manifestations” at home, in the workplace, at church, or wherever we are.
  • That we also place a high value on a fresh awareness of God’s Presence that comes through an authentic heart of worship in Spirit and in truth. All our endeavors flow out of an intimate relationship with God. (John 4:23)
  • That the word of God, communicated with the anointing of the Holy Spirit, carries transforming power. (Eph. 6:17b; Hebrews 4:12)

Because people are valuable to God, they are valuable to us. We want Grace Fellowship to have a warm environment, relevant to our culture, where we can connect with each other (develop a sense of belonging and accountability), and others (Non-Christians) can be loved into the kingdom.

God wants to bring wholeness into every broken life through personal ministry. Our relationships will be built on the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. (Eph. 4:3; 1 Cor.13:13; 1 John 4:7,8; Rom. 13:8-10) That is why we value small groups that build relationships with people in the Grace Fellowship community and those yet to join.

Prayer empowers everything we do: we will accomplish nothing without first birthing it, then nurturing it with prayer. (Col. 4:2; Eph.6:18-20)
