Sound quality improvements to the podcast

Our sound guy Jason spent a bunch of time last week enhancing the sound quality on the podcast files, so you should notice a big improvement (such as an overall higher volume). The goal is to be nicely comparable with the other podcasts that our listeners are subscribed to, so please let us know if it sounds good to you.
